Canon EOS RS Rumored to be Announced in February 2020
As we all know, Canon was working hard on a high-megapixel EOS R full frame mirrorless camera, which is expected to be announced in early February, 2020. The name of this camera could be Canon EOS RS and it will replace the current 5DS & 5DS R DSLRs.
The upcoming Canon EOS RS will be equipped with Canon’s next-generation sensors, probably 80mp full-frame image sensor, new DIGIC processors and a new form factor that will include the smart controller we first saw on the EOS-1D X Mark III. This will not be the “pro” body that people are clamouring for, but it will be upmarket from the EOS R.
$500 off on Canon EOS R body: $1,799 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama
