Two New EOS R Bodies to be Announced in the First Half of 2020

We already reported that Canon will announce a new Canon EOS R Mark II in 2020. The latest rumor suggests that Canon will soon announce two new EOS R bodies in the first half of 2020. The details and announcement date are unknown at the present. Canon will be “stepping it up a gear” when it comes to specifications for the next two EOS R bodies.

In addition, the new Canon EOS RS mirrorless camera with a 80MP sensor is rumored to be announced sometime in the first half of 2020, which will replace both the Canon EOS 5DS and Canon EOS 5DS R DSLRs.
