The Next Canon EOS R5 Firmware Version 1.30 Coming in April 2021

According to the latest rumors, the next firmware update Version 1.30 for Canon EOS R5 mirrorless camera is scheduled to be released sometime in April 2021. The new Canon EOS R5 is now in stock at all the major US stores: Amazon, B&H, Adorama, Canon Online Store.

Improvements for the next Canon EOS R5 firmware:

  • Canon Cinema RAW light addition
  • C-Log 3
  • 1080p @ 120fps
  • New Codec(s)
  • Bug fixes
