Rumor: There Will Not Be a Canon EOS 5D Mark V

Trusted sources are claiming that Canon already stopped the development of the Canon EOS 5D Mark V (EOS 5D Mark IV successor) “some time ago”, and that there are no plans to make an EOS R5 version of the popular professional DSLR line. That means we will NOT  see the Canon EOS 5D Mark V in the future.

The source said Canon is obviously aware of the popularity of the 5D line and the fact that there are still a lot of shooters that will prefer the DSLR experience. So, there maybe a new DSLR camera coming in near future with some DSLR features.
