Canon EOS R100 Rumored Specifications

In addition to the new Canon EOS R10 and Canon EOS R7, Canon is planning to the new Canon EOS R100 entry-level RF mount APS-C mirrorless camera in late 2022 or early 2023. The Canon EOS R100 will reportedly have the same shape as the Canon EOS M6 Mark II.

Canon EOS R100 Rumored Specifications:

  • 24.2MP APS-C format CMOS image sensor
  • DIGIC X
  • Dual Pixel AF II
  • 12 fps high-speed continuous shooting (Mechanical)
  • 4K/30p video
  • No HDR PQ video model like Canon EOS R10
  • 3.0″ 1.04m-Dot Vari-Angle Touchscreen
  • No EVF
  • Announcement in late 2022 or early 2023

So, this Canon EOS R100 is pretty much a small form factor Canon EOS R10 without an EVF. In addition, Canon will probably announce some RS-S and RF pancake lenses along with the Canon EOS R100.

Keep an eye out for additional information in the future as to whether the rumored “EOS R100” will be such a model. Of course, the existence of “EOS R100” itself may be fake information.
