The new Canon EOS C70 Firmware Version 1.0.6.1 is now available for download at Canon USA official site. This is a minor firmware update, not the planned feature update recently announced by Canon.

Firmware Version 1.0.6.1 incorporates the following enhancements:

  1. Fixes a problem that was a rare cause of instability in operation when using the control ring of the lens or adapter.
