Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, EOS 6D Mark II & EOS Rebel T7 Firmware Updates Released

Canon released the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV firmware update Version 1.4.0, EOS 6D Mark II firmware update Version 1.2.0 and EOS Rebel T7 firmware update Version 1.2.0.

This firmware change includes the following enhancements:

  • Enhanced security when sending captured images to image.canon.
    After July 2023, please update to this version when sending images to image.canon. If you do not update, an error will be displayed when sending images and you will not be able to send images.
