The Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II camera is now listed as discontinued at several stores. We know that Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II ($679 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama)was announced in February, 2016, so the new Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II replacement (probably Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark III) is expected to be announced soon. Trusted sources are claiming that Canon will announce at least one G series PowerShot camera in 2018.
