The new Canon EOS R3 mirrorless camera has been added to Camera Size‘s database. Here are size comparisons of Canon EOS R3 vs Canon EOS-1D X Mark III, Canon EOS R5, Nikon D6, Olympus E-M1X, Fujifilm GFX 100 and Sony a1.

The Canon EOS R3 is much smaller than the flagship models of single-lens reflex cameras such as the Canon EOS-1D X Mark III and Nikon D6, and seems to be similar in size to the Olympus E-M1X, but compared to the Canon EOS R5, the Canon EOS R3 is quite large, and even though it’s a mirrorless camera, it doesn’t seem to be a size that you can easily carry around.

Also, although the Sony a1 and Canon EOS R3 are high-end cameras, the impression is that they have completely different design concepts. I’d like to compare the size with the Nikon Z9, but unfortunately it seems that the Z9 data has not been added yet.
